Put simply we want to grow and retain our independence but with a flat management structure so our senior managers are always connected with our business champions – our catering and support teams. We believe we are unique in our approach and do not want to be part of a larger ‘corporation’ who can then dictate what we can and cannot do for our clients! So the market float is our chosen route, and that will happen between five and eight years time. And it is our intention that our people will own part of the business that they have helped to grow.
