Our food principles
Our food principles are simple – the best raw materials, locally sourced if we can from a supply and cost perspective depending on each of our clients’ budgets. And whilst we can do fussy for really special occasions or events, we tend to keep it simple.
Fresh ingredients should be handled as little as possible, so we buy, we store, we prepare and cook, and then we serve. Our target is to have a minimum of 80% of the food that we serve to our customers freshly prepared and cooked on the day – every day!
