Our simple, honest food means the best quality, freshest produce is NOT mucked about or fussed over and prepared into something that will alter its natural taste. So to do that, and get the best end result we have created our ‘Food Academy’. The Food Academy, with its own Food Academy Elite Team, is headed up by Neil Wightman as Food Academy Executive. Its aim is to make sure all the Host chefs have access to training and skills developing through Food Academy training. Through this training the Food Academy ensures all our restaurants produce the best food and give the best service they can and to provide a central point for menu development, special promotions, marketing and merchandising.
